One of the biggest hurdles is ensuring the hospice receives ongoing support from people in the local area, in what is a competitive and emotive field. As part of its continued fundraising drive, it was looking for an agency that could generate plenty of fresh ideas, value-for-money and long-term support.
It was clear that Willen Hospice had suffered under-investment compared to other regional and national charities. To kick off, we delivered the branding and 25th anniversary campaign free-of-charge, before devising another campaign around the ethos and future of the hospice.
Since the first project, we have helped Willen Hospice raise its profile, both in the town and further afield. This included rebranding its biggest fundraising event, a 10-mile walk called the Midnight Moo, with seasonal campaigns, newsletters, annual reports, sales and events materials, plus staff training. Our support for this vital hospice continues to this day and is a source of real pride among the Igloo team.
